Lorenza True Rosé is a wine produced by mother and daughter in California since 2008. Made from Mourvedre, Carignan, Grenache and Cinsaut in Lodi. If you didn't know better you'd think it was Provençale. Our True Rosé is loved by sommeliers for its versatility and is found in some of the best restaurants in the U.S.
Tasting Notes: Translucent pink, fragrance of orange blossoms, flavors of juicy sweet-tart honey tangerine, passion fruit and rhubarb on a silky palate with a crisp grapefruitty finish.
"Cult-Favorite Rosé" - The Zoe Report
True Rosé is made with a singular focus on the quality of rosé at each step of the process. From the vineyards, to the timing of the pick and the gentle pressing of the grapes, our priority is making the best rosé possible.
The unique sandy soils of Lodi in the California Delta is our winemaking home and a great place to grow old vines. Old vines deliver stability, age-ability, and complexity. We pick by hand when the grapes are full of verve, generally in mid-August. This translates to a lower alcohol and mouth watering crispness. The end result? A graceful rosé that invites another sip.
