Important things to know about keeping your wine safe and happy in transit: Your shipment requires a mandatory adult signature (21+) so a business address is preferred. After three attempts your wine will be returned and held for further instructions. Any additional shipping may be at full cost and the responsibility of the purchaser. Wine can be damaged by extreme heat or cold, we will let you know if the weather will delay your shipment.

Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. All returns are handled on an individual basis. Our intention is to please our customers from the wine we make, to the service we provide.
We use Ground shipping although quicker shipping methods are available upon request and may be needed during warmer months to facilitate a time sensitive delivery. You will be notified by email in advance of your shipping date. If you have a specific shipping timeframe in mind, please let us know in advance. All local Napa Valley deliveries are free of charge.
