The Picpoul Blanc was picked on a full moon on September 18, 2024 a full two weeks earlier than the year before. Consistent with this late-ripening variety, the fruit held its zippy acid and freshness well into the season. The clusters were gently pressed and fermented and aged in stainless steel. 10.2% alcohol, Vegan Friendly, Gluten Free. Bottled May 13, 2025, 207 cases.
