The 2023 Sparkling Picpoul Blanc is sourced from the organically farmed Terra Alta Vineyard in Clements Hills. Made in the Charmat method, where the secondary fermentation occurs in tank. Fragrance of blossoms with flavors reminiscent of pear and green apple carried by delightfully fine bubbles with by a crisp, fresh finish.
The NV Bubbly Rosé is a classic rosé blend of Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvedre in a modern bubbly expression. Lorenza Bubbly Rosé exudes the fragrance of citrus blossoms with layers of crunchy red fruits, Meyer lemon, Seville orange, and rhubarb on the palate. The sophisticated blend and lively effervescence lead to a full mouth-feel and a bright finish.
2023 Blanc de Blanc Alcohol-Removed Sparkling was created in the spirit of generosity and inclusion. Gently de-alcoholized, the wine is made from sustainably farmed fruit grown in Lodi. We chose Marsanne for its depth and texture, citrus and minerality. The Sparkling NA is golden bright, catching the light. Lovely aromas of pear, green apple, yuzu and wet stone are carried onto the palate by a lively mousse, the wine finishes dry, and crisp.
